The Central government commit be clueless about what one is in to in the green for 2016 as the Ministry of Labour and Employment has crowded carrying on the wrong track its surveys. The Labour Bureau under the authority has not conducted complete scan to greet out the certain data of trade in the country as 2016.

In a respondez s'il vous plait to a confirm in the house whether the Labour Bureau has conducted any surveys to greet out the unassailable data of function in the country, the blend Minister of State for Labour and Employment (independent charge) Santosh Kumar Gangwar all over town, "On the recommendations of Task Force on Employment, all the same, this skim has been discontinued."

The Labour Bureau has conducted six clan based Annual Employment-Unemployment Surveys (EUS) considering 2010 as far as 2016 and reports of five rounds have been reported before date. "The reveal of the fifth everywhere of Annual Employment-Unemployment Survey (EUS) was issued in September, 2016," he stated.

The minister further make a long story short out that as a result of 2016, Labour Bureau has been conducting Quarterly Employment Survey (QES) for enterprises employing 10 or in a superior way workers. Six reports of QES have been released so far.

As per the 2016 Labour Bureau report, the (percent of people who want to work but cannot find a job) in India shot up to a five-year high of 5 per cent in 2015-16, with the figure much higher at 8.7 per cent for women as compared to 4.3 per cent for men. As per the report, in (away from cities) part/area, (percent of people who want to work but cannot find a job) was 5.1 per cent, whereas in city-based part/area, the rate was 4.9 percent under the usual principal status (UPS) approach.

Then the figures had left the Central government, which has taken a series of steps such as 'Make in India' to create jobs for (including everything) growth in the country, thinking carefully about how to improve the pictures/situations and create jobs. But in place of creating more jobs, the government stopped carrying out the Once-a-year Employment-Unemployment Surveys after that.

According to the fifth once-a-year employment-unemployment survey at the all-India level, about 77 per cent of the families were reported to be having no regular wage or salaried person.
